Andreas Krebs

Mr. Krebs has served as an independent director of Definium since September 2021 and as the independent Vice Chair of the Board of Directors since December 2021. He is an internationally experienced executive, entrepreneur, and best-selling business author (“The Illusion of Invincibility”).

Mr. Krebs leads the family-owned investment company Longfield Invest (Langenfeld, Germany), which focuses on growth companies across various industries, including the new economy. Throughout his career, he has worked in seven countries across Latin America, Asia, and Canada, and he served as President and Executive Board Member of Wyeth Corporation in the United States.

From 2010 to 2019, Mr. Krebs was Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Shareholder Council of Merz Pharma, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and he continues to hold several board positions across different sectors. He also serves as Chairman of the non-governmental organization Förderverein Girassol e.V., which supports children and young people from underserved communities in São Paulo, Brazil.
