Carol Vallone
Carol A. Vallone possesses financial, executive, and governance expertise gained from her service on the boards of trustees for nationally ranked hospitals; successful track record of building and selling global companies; and experience as a director and advisor to several healthcare companies.
Ms. Vallone currently serves as chair of the Board of Trustees for McLean Hospital, the #1 ranked independent psychiatric hospital in America, according to U.S. News & World Report, and the largest psychiatric affiliate of Harvard Medical School. She also serves on the Board of Trustees, the Strategic Capital Management Committee and the Development Committee for Mass General Brigham, an integrated healthcare system including five nationally ranked hospitals. In addition, Ms. Vallone serves as an independent director for Hightop Health, a JLL Partners and SV Health Investors portfolio company with a premier outpatient mental health platform, and an independent director for Arosa, a Bain Capital Double Impact portfolio company offering integrated at-home services for seniors. She is also the chair of the Board of Directors for Ria Health, an SV Health Investors portfolio company focused on tech-enabled services for the treatment of alcohol use disorders, and a Strategic Advisor to Oxford Medical Simulation, a company focused on clinical education, training and assessment for healthcare systems. She is an Industry Advisor for the investment firm, Berkshire Partners and an Advisory Board Member of the healthcare-focused venture growth firm, Longitude Capital. Ms. Vallone has served as founder and chief executive officer of global e-learning companies, held management positions in leading enterprise technology companies, and served on the boards of a public bank and a private-equity-backed e-commerce company that went public.
Ms. Vallone holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
